Fruit pops are a refreshing snack and a fun way for children and adults to eat more fruit.

  • Strawberries, ½ cup(s), whole, diced
  • Kiwi, ½ cup(s), sliced, and diced
  • Watermelon, ½ cup(s), diced
  • Blueberries, ½ cup(s)
  • Apple juice, 2 cup(s)

Method

Mix the fruit together and divide evenly into 6 paper cups (6 to 8 oz each). Pour 1/3 cup of juice into each paper cup.

Place the cups on a level surface in the freezer. Freeze until partially frozen, approximately 1 hour.

Insert 1 craft stick into the center of each cup. Freeze until firm.
