Baked pesto salmon

  • Atlantic salmon, farmed, 9 oz(s), (3 x 3-oz fillets)
  • Pesto, low sodium, 2½ tbsp(s)
  • Black pepper, 3 dash(es)

Method

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Lay the salmon, skin side down, in an oven-safe baking dish. Spread the pesto over the top and season with pepper. Bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes until cooked to your liking.
