  • Celery, chopped, ⅔ cup(s), diced
  • White onion, chopped, ¼ cup(s)
  • Light mayo, ¼ cup(s)
  • Lemon, 1 medium, juiced
  • Black pepper, 3 dash(es)

Method

Combine the chicken, celery, onion, mayo, lemon juice and pepper in a container with a lid.

Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

TIP: Swap the onion for green onion or red onion if you prefer a milder flavor.
