Phase 1 - Lose It

The first two weeks of the program are focused on changing your habits — getting rid of the unhealthy behaviors that ultimately led to your weight gain and replacing them with healthy new ones. Lose It! is designed to help you safely lose 6 to 10 pounds in two weeks and jump-start your journey to a healthier you.

Phase 2 - Live It

Live it is designed to help you transition into steady and sustainable weight loss until youreal your goal weight. Whenever you encounter everyday decisions — whether it’s choosing between a cookie or an apple, a walk or a nap — this phase is designed to consistently guide you toward the choice that helps you achieve your goals. 

Key Objectives:

  • Learn strategies to overcome cravings and dieting barriers
  • Learn how to eat what you love and still lose weight 
  • Incorporate exercise into your everyday routine
  • Master portion control and meal planning 

Phase 3 - Love it

The "Love It" phase of the Mayo Clinic Diet is the final, lifelong phase that focuses on maintaining the healthy lifestyle habits established in the previous phases. After 6 months on the program, we ask you to focus on staying accountable for maintaining the weight loss and habits you’ve worked so hard for. 

Key Objectives:

  • Spend 5 days a month back on the program
  • Learn how to adapt your lifestyle routine to changing needs, environments, or dietary preferences
  • Join a community who share of people who share similar goals for support and motivation.
  • Master strategies for maintaining weight loss and preventing weight regain,setting new health goals, staying motivated, and managing setbacks.
