  • Sweet chili sauce, low-sodium, 2 tsp(s) (0.4oz)
  • Light mayo, 1.5 tbsp(s) (0.8oz)
  • Green onion, 1 medium, green and white parts, chopped (0.5oz)
  • Whole-wheat tortilla, 1 tortilla(s) (1.4oz)
  • Cucumber, 0.5 medium, sliced (3.5oz)
  • Carrot, shredded, 0.25 cup(s) (1oz)

Method

Combine cheddar cheese and cabbage in a bowl. Add the sweet chili, mayo and green onions. Mix well to combine.

Spread cheese mixture over tortilla. Add cucumber and carrot. Roll to make a wrap.

TIP: For cooler days, toast wrap in a sandwich press or a non-stick frying pan for a warm lunch option. If you prefer, add the salad vegetables after toasting or serve on the side.
