  • Brown sugar, ¼ cup(s), unpacked
  • Sugar, ¼ cup(s), unpacked
  • Almond flour, blanched, ½ cup(s)
  • Baking powder, ½ tsp(s)
  • Baking soda, ½ tsp(s)
  • Chocolate chips, ½ cup large chips
  • Almond butter, ½ cup(s)
  • Eggs, 1 large
  • Vanilla extract, 1 tsp(s)

Method

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Whisk together all dry ingredients until combined. Add wet ingredients and whisk until smooth.

Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball. Spread cookies on a baking sheet 2 to 3 inches apart. Bake for 12 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a plate.

Store in a airtight container for 2 to 4 days.
