  • Strawberries, 1.25 cup(s), whole, fresh or frozen (6.3oz)
  • 1% milk, 0.67 cup(s) (5.5fl oz)
  • Non-fat plain Greek yogurt, 0.33 cup(s) (2.6oz)
  • Muesli, 0.5 cup(s) (1.5oz)
  • Almonds, unsalted, 6 almond(s) (0.3oz)

Method

Combine all ingredients in a blender, along with ice, and blend until mixture reaches a smooth consistency.

Pour into a glass and serve chilled.

TIP: Add a pinch of cinnamon for some extra flavor.

Frozen strawberries add a thicker texture, you can purchase these from most supermarkets, or freeze fresh strawberries.
