Method
Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 15 second increments, stirring between increments, until melted and smooth. Set aside.
Split dates down the middle being careful not to cut all the way through, ensuring the bottom half of the date remains intact.
Fill each date with 1 teaspoon of peanut butter and half of the peanuts. Pinch together to close each date, ensuring the peanut butter and peanuts are stuffed inside.
Dip each date in the chocolate and transfer to a lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Chill dates in the refrigerator until set, enjoy!
