  • Banana, 1 medium
  • Lemon, 1 medium, juiced (about 4 tablespoons)
  • Strawberries, ½ cup(s), whole
  • Berries, any type, ½ cup(s), e.g. blackberries or blueberries
  • Baby spinach, 2 cup(s)
  • Fresh mint, 2 leaf(s), to taste

Method

Place all of the ingredients with 1 cup of cold water or ice in a blender and puree. Enjoy.
