  • Baby spinach, 3 cup(s), or kale
  • Pineapple, ¾ cup(s), chunks, fresh or drained, or pears
  • Grapes, 1½ cup(s), green
  • Banana, ¾ medium
  • Tap water, ¾ cup(s)

Method

Blend all ingredients together with ¾ cup ice. Add more cold water for a thinner smoothie. 

Divide evenly into 4 paper or plastic cups.

Place on a level surface in the freezer. Freeze until partially frozen, approximately one hour. Insert a stick into the center of each cup. Freeze until firm.

TIP: If you use popsicle molds, the recipe will make around 8 popsicles, with 2 popsicles per serving.
