  • Pineapple, ¾ cup(s), chunks, fresh or drained, or pears
  • Grapes, 1½ cup(s), green
  • Banana, ¾ medium
  • Tap water, ¾ cup(s)

Method

Blend all ingredients together with ¾ cup ice. Add more cold water for a thinner smoothie. 

Freeze in popsicle molds to create a cool and refreshing snack.
