This champagne substitute has all the sparkle and taste but half the calories of the real thing.

  • Apple juice, unsweetened, bottled, 2 cup(s), or apple cider
  • Fresh lemon juice, 1½ tsp(s)
  • Sparkling water, lemon, 2 cup(s)

Method

Chill champagne or wine glasses. 

Mix the apple juice, lemon juice and sparkling water. Pour into glasses. Serve.
