Each serving provides about 80 percent of your daily need for vitamin C.

  • Pineapple, 1½ cup(s), chunks, chopped
  • Orange, 2 cup(s), or other citrus fruit
  • Fresh lemon juice, 2 tbsp(s)
  • Cranberry juice, 8 oz(s)

Method

Place all ingredients except ice in a blender and puree until very smooth. Add 1 cup ice and puree until smooth. Serve over ice if desired.

Garnish with slices of orange or chunks of pineapple.
