Non-alcoholic margarita

  • Lime juice, ½ cup(s), fresh
  • Simple syrup, 3 tbsp(s)
  • Fresh fruit, any type, ¼ cup(s), to garnish

Method

In a blender, add 2 cups of ice, juice and simple syrup. Blend until smooth, pour in favorite chilled glass and garnish rim with cut fruit.

TIP: If you'd prefer to make your own simple syrup, heat ½ cup sugar and ½ tap water. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and chill. This recipe makes more simple syrup than you'll need for the margarita. Keep the extra in the refrigerator for several days.
