Success Reward

The Success Reward is available on the 12 month pay upfront subscription. Look for the words "Success Reward eligible" on our registration page when purchasing your subscription.  Note that the Success Reward is not available in conjunction with promotional offers or in-app purchases.

The Success Reward is $75 for eligible plans.

If you meet all the criteria, your Success Reward will be paid shortly after completing 12 weeks on the program and submitting your request through the Success Reward member page. 

To be eligible for the Success Reward, you have to:

1. Purchase an eligible subscription – look for subscriptions with the words "Success Reward eligible" on our join now page
2. Start the program within 7 days of purchasing your subscription 
3. Record your weight once a week for 12 consecutive weeks* in the Mayo Clinic Diet website or app
4. Track your food at least 3 days a week for 12 consecutive weeks* in the Mayo Clinic Diet website or app
5. Achieve a net weight loss over the 12 weeks – this can be as little as 1 ounce
6. Complete a survey after 12 weeks – it's anonymous and used to help us improve the program
7. Tell us about your experience losing weight on the program – if you're proud of your journey, you'll have the option to share it with other members, too 
8. Submit your Success Reward request within 7 days of completing 12 weeks on the program

There is a limit of one Success Reward per member.

*We allow 2 "free passes" with the tracking criteria i.e. 2 weeks when it's OK if you miss your weigh-in and/or food tracking. We know life gets in the way and we want you to be successful!

The Success Reward is currently only available to new members who joined on or after March 9, 2024. If you're an existing member and want to change your membership to be eligible for the Success Reward, contact our support team.
