  • Old fashioned (rolled) oats, 0.5 cup(s), grind (optional) (1.4oz)
  • 1% milk, 1 cup(s) (8.3fl oz)
  • Almonds, unsalted, 6 almond(s), chopped (0.3oz)
  • Walnuts, 4 walnut(s) (0.3oz)

Method

Blend together the banana, oats, milk and nuts. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

TIP: A frozen banana will add creaminess however fresh can be used, as well.
