Method
Place the garlic, green onions, dried herbs, and the turkey in a bowl and season with pepper, then stir well to combine and shape into two equal-sized burgers about 3-inches wide.
Heat 1 teaspoon of the oil in a skillet over a medium-high heat and cook the beans, tossing occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes or until just tender and golden brown. Transfer to serving plates and cover to keep warm.
Reheat the same skillet over medium heat and add the remaining 2 teaspoons of oil. Cook the burgers for 3 minutes on one side, flip and cook for another 2 minutes and then top with cheese. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for another 2 minutes or until the burgers are cooked through and cheese has melted.
Divide and stack the lettuce leaves among serving plates. Add the parsley and avocado and top with the burgers. Serve with the green bean fries and mayo alongside.
