  • Non-fat plain Greek yogurt, 7 oz(s), about 1 cup (7oz)
  • Muesli, 0.5 cup(s) (1.5oz)
  • Strawberries, 0.5 cup(s), sliced (2.9oz)
  • Mango, 0.5 cup(s), pieces (2.9oz)
  • Shelled pumpkin seeds, 1 tbsp(s) (0.3oz)

Method

Spoon ¼ cup of yogurt into the base of a glass or jar. Top with 1½ tablespoons of muesli, a few sliced strawberries and pieces of mango.

Repeat the layers, finishing with remaining yogurt, strawberries and mango. Sprinkle with seeds.

TIP: Any type of unsalted seeds will work for e.g sesame, sunflower. Muesli is a healthier lower sugar and fat alternative to granola. To save time during the week prepare 2 to 3 jars with lids and store in the fridge for a quick breakfast during the week.
