  • Baby spinach, 1 cup(s)
  • Cucumber, 1 small, washed and chopped

  • Fresh mint, 1 tbsp(s)
  • Avocado, 4 tbsp(s)

Method

Add all the green smoothie ingredients into a blender along with ½ cup of water. Blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass. Enjoy.
