Take a fitness class. A virtual or in-person fitness class can be the ultimate motivator and a great way to keep your social side active, too. To make it even more motivating, ask a friend to sign up with you!

Join a gym. Indoor gyms are a great way to get out of the house and experience a well-rounded workout. If you’ve been toying with the idea of joining a gym, now is a great time to ask for a trial membership. Choose a gym that’s conveniently close to your home or office, as you’ll be more likely to go if the cool weather is conspiring to keep you on the couch.

Play your favorite sports. Nicer weather is nature’s invitation for you to get your outdoor game on! Call your friends and gather a team together for a fun game of basketball, tennis, golf, or pickle ball. Or, if you prefer to go solo, swimming is a great workout and a wonderful way to cleanse your mind and soul. Don’t forget to check your local community centers. They may offer some of your favorite indoor activities in case spring hasn’t just yet “sprung” where you live.
